DELTA M PRODUCTS

DELTA M Corporation continues to design, develop, manufacture, and market unique fluid flow, level, switches and temperature measurement products using proprietary and patented thermal-based technologies. Because of our almost 20 years experience and expertise in thermal measurement technology and high quality manufacturing we are able to develop, manufacture and market innovative state of the art instruments.

The VERSA-SWITCH and Microtuf™ Mass Flow and Liquid Level switches utilize a proven thermal differential technology to provide reliable and repeatable performance in the most demanding industrial environments.

Delta M switches feature:
  • No moving parts
  • Single and Dual Channel (VERSA-SWITCH) configurations
  • 316SS wetted parts, all welded construction (teflon coated and special alloys available)
  • Explosion proof enclosures, FM and CSA approved
  • Standard process temperatures to 390°F (200°C) - optionally to 850°F (458°C)
  • Standard operating pressure to 3,000 PSIA
  • Integral or Remote Electronics package
  • Relays rated at 5 Amp, 250 Vac (built in time delay of 0 to 300 seconds for VERSA-SWITCH)
  • Operating power, 110 Vac, 220 Vac, or 24 VDC (field selectable for VERSA-SWITCH)
  • NPT or Flanged process connections
  • Variable insertion lengths
  • 3A Sanitary Approval for food and beverage applications
